Help with value of this Josh 9 Ball Tour Cue?

I would put something like $375 on it. Take an offer of $350.
These cues vary wildly in value. A new NE 9 ball tour cue is something like $1500 from Joss, but it is a much fancier cue.

Occasionally you'll pick one up for 200-250 on a quick sale.
That dirty shaft does not help the value. Some will take off more for that.

Who is Josh?
That was my first question. The cue is from the Joss Tour. Pronounced as it's spelled, as Dan Janes has stated on AZ more than once, if memory serves.
