Help with weight bolt

What tool do I use to remove this type of weight bolt and are replacements available in plastic or aluminum ? This is a AE cue.Thanks in advance.

Looks like what you need is something like this predator uni-loc weight bolt kit..... These were available with some of their p3 models

If that hole in the weight bolt is not threaded , Id go to NAPA and get a set of e z outs . I have a set I use quite often . jim

if I can find a replacement in plastic or aluminum I would do a ez out. The hole is threaded for the allen bolt for the bumper. The cue but is 16.5 and im trying to get it lighter. Thanks

As akaminsky suggested, the two round depressions are for a special "wrench". Some of the antique table bolt heads are like this. A good pair of needle nosed pliers will likely do the trick.

Just use a good pair of snap ring pliers. Not the cheap set from Harbor Freight as the tips of them tend to bend, but a good set of Craftsman, SnapOn, Matco, etc.. snap ring pliers and they'll work just fine.
