There is a Cocobolo Hercek on the bay listed with no reserve and zero feedback seller

Saw the auction over the weekend and asked a question. Got the EXACT same reply from the "seller" (Linda Munzek) along with a dozen pictures :

They could find three "suckers" to each pay the $2,900, pocket the $8,700 and disappear. What does EBAY do about it? NADA!!!

I hate EBAY, it's become so crooked and they just keep collecting the profits.:mad:
 
I would suggest to anybody that had the cash to spare to take the seller up on his offer and pick the cue up personally. Any deal other than that should be avoided. I realize that all dealers have to start with zero feedback from the jump, so to real honest dealers just trying to get their foot in the door, I wish the best of luck and hope that somebody would be willing to give them a chance. However, for a first time dealer really trying to make a first legit sale on Ebay, using previous pics from a previous deal is definately not the way to win over anybodys trust.

It says she is in PA. ask for her # and address so you can view the cue in person.I bet she dosn't respond.

all i can say is its sounds fishy i sold the cue to cornertone they won it. He sold it. This lady took my write up and shes emailing my pics around that she stole if i were going to bid i would ask her for her own pictures not mine the only way i would buy it is in person and with 2 body guards i surley wouldnt do it any other way. I work really hard to keep my ebay 100 % so people know when i sell they dont have to worry thanks shari@hillscues.com

That might be a bad idea too. Picking it up that is. You might find a gun in your face for that much money. If they will try to scam on ebay, you never know what they might do in peson. JMO

you sure are right on that one i reported the listing to ebay because its against ebay rules to use someone elses ebay listing with out there permision
and emailing my pictures so now i wait for a answer from ebay i worked really hard on my pics and lsiting and will not let this lady use it shari:p
 
THIS IS 100% SCAM. SPANKY AND I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THE WOMAN THAT HAD HER NAME AND INFO STOLEN. SHE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW WHO JOEL HERCEK IS, AND DOESN'T HAVE AN EBAY ACCOUNT. SOMEONE STOLE ALL OF HER INFO AND USED IT TO START AN EBAY ACCOUNT. :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

I think

Spank and Fast should be on retainer by ebay. They are class acts that do amazing things for the public and they really don't have to. I think they be rewarded!

I dont know why e-bay does not try to prosecute these people.They are hurting e-bay and all who buy and sell.

IMO they have no incentive. They are the 800-lb gorilla that's gotten FAT on their listing fees. They are able to pay their shareholders with LOADS to spare. Why change ??

Thanks.. Heres the worst part. This lady never had a ebay account.. They somehow got her information and started a fake account in her name.. She never opened a ebay account..
