This is weeks of information that myself, Timberly and many many people who wish to remain anonymous at this time, are aware of. There is much more, that will be coming out soon.

This is where it began:
After the players were not paid in Reno many weeks ago, several
players and people in the industry started contacting me about the
IPT situation. Mainly because I live in the Chicago area.
Concerns had been brewing for months stemming from the cancellation
of the London event. It has been said, that London was not even
signed to begin with, and that the IPT prematurely announced this
event without a venue. Over the years, this industry has seen people
come and go, and by now can smell a rat. So, with the interest of the
players I agreed to do what I could to help.
Questions had been raised over the months beginning with "was there
even a physical address for the IPT" in the Chicago area, since many
were in a quandary on how to find or contact the IPT. I secured the
address, which happened to be in a area in which I had lived in for
many years, and drove over.
The office is located in an industrial park surrounded by hotels,
bars, Hevenly Bodies a gentleman's club, forest preserves and factories. Not
in any upscale area which the IPT would pride themselves. I pulled up
in front of the address and noticed a "for rent/lease" sign in front
of 802 Greenleaf Blvd. The address sported no marquee, signage or
notification that this was an office for The IPT or Natural Cures.
As I walked in the foyer, it was cluttered with what seemed to be
boxes of IPT brochures and material. There were 4 desks packed in
what was to be a waiting room, with 9 employees within eyesight, and
many more in the back. If OSHA could have seen this, they all would
have been evicted.
The impression I got from looking around was it was a "fly by night"
operation. The entire office in my opinion could have been moved out
in a couple of hours. Bare desks, bookshelves, no sign of personal
belongings on anyone's desk and a complete lack of knowledge from the
people that were stationed at the front of the office.
I asked to talk to Neil or Deno and was told that neither was in the
office at that time. I was directed to Al and Aaron. I simply asked
them questions about the tournament qualifiers and then hit them with
"When are the players going to get paid", which they had no answers
for. One of them said "I thought they did get paid", and the other
said that there was a memo that just went out, and it would be soon.
I understood that they were clueless to what was really going on, so
I thanked them and left.
The following day, I received a call from Deno inquiring about my
visit. I kept up the qualifier questions, and then asked more direct
questions regarding the players. I was told the same song and dance
that the players had been, so I elected to take a different approach.
After my abrupt visit to the IPT office, that following Friday Oct 20
2006, Deno agreed to a phone interview. We spoke for 1 1/2 hours
from 6 to 7:30 PM.
I asked him the following questions:
Q ER: When will the players be getting paid?
A. DA: I have no idea.
Q. ER: Why did your office lie regarding the notorious "Check Book"
not being delivered?
A. DA: That was regrettable. I believed that the funds were due by
then, and when they didn't come in, we just expected a short delay.
Q. ER: If the so-called deal with Ho falls through, is that the end
of the IPT?
A. DA: I don't know, but I am confident that it will go through.
Q. ER: IS Chicago a "Go" or does it depend on the deal with Ho?
A. DA: No, Chicago is going through. We have spent tens of thousands
of dollars bringing in television staff and doing site inspections of
this property. It is a go.
Q. ER: Do you feel that the players are owed interest on the money
they are owed?
A. DA: NO
Q. ER: Are you or KT concerned about a lawsuit?
A. DA: I am not responsible, and I don't think he is concerned.
Q. ER: Since the business is up for sale, do you have accounting that
I can look at?
A. DA: It is a private company, and it is not for viewing at this time.
Q. ER: But if it's for public sale as stated, then it is a matter of
public record.
A. DA: I can't answer that question.
Q. ER: Okay then. Let me ask you about the estimated 10 Million
dollars spent by the IPT. Can you tell me where that money went,
because it does not line up with the figures that I have?
A. DA: I don't know where you get your figures from, but it is all
there, every bit of it!
Q. ER: I have tried several ways to contact Dr. Stanley Ho with no
response. Since you are privy to this matter, is there contact info
you can give me to confirm this sale with his team?
A. DA: I have no idea.
Q. ER: If this supposed deal with Ho does not come through, does that
mean that the players will not get paid?
A. DA: Kevin Trudeau is committed to the players. That's all I know.
Q. ER: The IPT last PR stated that KT could not legally pay the debt
to the players. I have never heard of such a thing, how can you be
sure that the players are going to get paid?
A. DA: KT is committed to the business and the players.
Q. ER: Why doesn't KT speak publicly to the players instead of
sending out these very unprofessional "Press Releases" I remember
back last year, KT had an area on the web site where you could listen
to what he had to say regarding the promises and commitments of the
IPT. I remember this mainly because he went on in this speech, to
imply that the attendances at The Windy City Open and The Derby City
Classic were up this year, and he implied that it was because of the
IPT. This I remember so well, because he seemed to be taking credit
for all of the hard work that my team had done for The Windy City
Open and for the team at Derby City Classic had done as well. So, why
doesn't he do the same now, in a direct address to the players?
A. DA: I suspect that KT will be doing that soon.
Q. ER: Why do the Press Releases or memos from KT, i.e.” Success, Pop
the Champagne" look so different from the others that come from your
office?
A. DA: Well, when we get information, Kevin calls me and he dictates
while I type it for him.
Q. ER: So then, in reality, they come from you?
A. DA: Yes.
Q. ER: I checked with several business sources this past week
regarding The Natural Cures Book. I have been made aware that over a
hundred complaints, in just last week alone, have been made by
customers stating that their credit cards are being constantly
charged for the member service and newsletter, in which they have
repeatedly asked customer service to stop billing their cards. Can
you comment on that, and what's to say the same thing wont happen to
The IPT as well?
A. DA: As far as Natural Cures goes, I really can't comment, but as
big as the business Natural Cures book is, you can imagine that there
would be some complaints. Regarding the IPT, people know me and I
won't let this guy screw the players.
Q. ER: Okay, let me ask you about the IPT office. What's going on
there? I see a lot of different people working on different things.
This looks like a temporary office to me and to be honest, the staff
was not knowledgeable, are they temps?
A. DA: The Natural Cures book is also from that office. I am not a
part of it, so I don't know. As far as employment, the IPT nor the
Natural Cures has ever hired any temps, they are all full time
employees. As far as the office goes, we will be shutting down the
"downtown" office and making this office our permanent address. We
have a lease at this address and will be here for a long time. "Our
Office is NOT for rent." The management just has a sign outside our
building, but in reality, it is for another property that is on this
same street. All of these buildings look the same, so it really
didn't matter that the sign was outside our building. This is how it
is done sometimes.
Q. ER: Kt mentioned in one of the last Memo's sent out that the
players would get a gift of sorts for being patient during this
transition. What is that gift going to be?
A. DA: "Off the record Eydie?"
ER: Sure
A: DA:" It's going to be real cool"
ER: Well, that's not telling me anything, so it's on the record then
as it being real cool?
DA: Yes.
Q. ER: Deno, I am wondering why when I came into the office, spoke to the people in the front office, and asked for tournament information,
no one seemed to know anything about the IPT or the tournament?
A. DA: That's because they were temps.
ER: So, you do have temps employed then?
DA: Yes, The Natural Cures Book has some.
ER Note: Since then, the "temp" personnel has been let go as well.
Q. ER: I hear that you had to let go several employees today. What
brings that on?
A. DA: This has been a very tough week for me, having to let 13 of my 26 person staff go, they have become my friends and I hated to have
to do it. It is because we have too much on payroll, and we need to
cut back a bit. It has nothing to due with the sale.
ER Note: That day, the staff didn't know who were going to get the
axe. They took them in one by one and fired them with no severance
pay. Upper management was replaced with non experienced personnel.
One such person, rumored to have been picked up at a bar by Deno.
According to sources a week prior to the firings, Trudeau came into
the office, talked about how much money he was going to make with the
new book, and then called them all in to let them know that people
would be laid off the following week. What a guy!
Also noted that Trudeau was sporting a new Rolex and diamond ring
during this visit.
Not more than an hour later that evening at 8:30 PM came the
"SUCCESS" memo stating that the deal had gone through. That was a
complete switch from what Deno had just told me and I found it
perplexing that this would come so suddenly, and contradicting a lot
of what he had just told me.
I did some investigating at the beginning of the week, before I spoke
with Deno. Part of that was calling the rental agent that was listed
as contact in front of the 802 Greenleaf Property. I inquired with
him about leasing the property at that exact address. I specifically
asked him when that property was available. He told me that the
tenant (Natural Cures) was on a month to month lease and that there
were several businesses going on in there, but he could get them out
at anytime within 90 days. So, this now contradicts what Deno stated
above about their office NOT being for rent.
The other office located in downtown Chicago, which housed the "Men in
Black" staff has been moved to the Elk Grove Greenleaf property and
that lease is up, as of November 1st, 2006.
This past Friday, I had several calls from various people regarding
the cancellation of the Chicago event. When I learned this, I called
Deno and left a message that I felt this was too important for the
players not to be informed about immediately. I asked him to please
call me back because I wanted to get his statement. More than 5 hours
went by and I heard nothing, so we elected to air this information.
The next day, Deno called me back. He was very upset with the
terminology I used for the event being “Canceled” He explained that
it was only postponed. He directed me to look both words up in the
dictionary, as he felt that I was clueless to their meaning. I
assured him that my use of the English language was good, and to
please not insult my intelligence.
