If you want to try my OB-1 on these shots Corey let me know...It's only fair since you were so great when putting on my Sniper!

Mazin's segmented shafts

Yeah, Mazin Shooni is using X-shafts on his Kilby Custom Billiard Cue. I have heard of some others.

Funny, I did not post for or against either shaft. Making 14 straight with the 314-2 I thought was really good. People see what they want to see I guess.

Just to be accurate, I built Mazin two shafts from X-shaft blanks at his request for him to evaluate, using my proprietary taper. They were not built by Tiger products. They are among the six shafts I provided him for his cue. As to whether or not he uses them, you should ask Mazin. Kilby

For those of you that can't see the graphic, go to this site:
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/
and follow the instructions.
You need to download Adobe Shockwave Player, a little program that allows Internet Explorer to show the graphic. There are other versions as well for Netscape, Opera and other similiar programs. I couldn't see the graphic either until I downloaded the Shockwave Player.

I mean no disrespect when I say this, nor am I a knocker-- but aren't you sponsored by Tiger? Seems like a commercial.

CrownCityCory:
Not a commercial, but just sharing information.

I'm not saying you're doing it deliberately, but I'm pretty sure you're "putting your finger on the scales" - hitting with more tip offset when you use the X shaft. Maybe this is because you're less comfortable with the 314.

I'll bet that if you did a controlled test the amount of spin would be the same for the same amount of tip offset.

That is an ever-so slight slap on my integrity, but I can take it.

All I do is my best. You can try to dissect it if you want, but what's true is true.

If anyone wants to come by with their robot or some sort of scope, they are welcome to do so ;-)
