I like to hear from Hills Cue owners. How do they hit?

How do they rate against the other cues you own or have played?

I am about to become the proud owner of one of Darrin's cues and I would like to hear from those that already enjoy them.

I had learned enough to know I wanted to go with Darrin for my next cue, however I was hoping to get some more detailed feedback, now that I am excitedly awaiting my order.

Is that wrong?

No not at all. I know nothing about his cues other then every one that I have seen on the internet has looked very good and well executed as far as design gos. I would really like to know how they play. Maybe you could give us a review after you have played with it enough to have an opinion.

I'd be happy too, when the time comes. Unfortunately that is several months off. But I must admit I am looking forward to it like a kid looks foward to Christmas morning. LOL!

Hills cue playability

I have a Hills it plays mega nice stiff hit perfectly balanced, naturally weighted , excellently constructed, could not be happier!

Definitely a keeper, fun to work with through the process, delivers on time !!!
Keep up the good work Darrin!
I for see Darrin filling the void of Sugartree cues in Eric absence . Of the which I have full splice ST sneaky also , both are bad boyz! (hate to see Eric push pause )
IMHO hope this helps .

Hi , I'm not here to give any reviews on myself , I will let you the public do that..I am here to say thanks to all that believe in me and that stand by my side. I have had the two toughest years of my life. last April I broke two bones in my lower back racing moto-cross , doc said I just missed being paralyzed...this year I went through a nasty divorce and my lawyer worked hard to keep her hands off my shop , she wanted half.. somehow I landed on my feet and I'm heading in the right direction , thank God.... Hi Ralf, so sorry, I'm getting hit with over 500 spam emails per day. I missed yours..

Not wrong at all....

I did the same thing. I ordered a hills cue with an ebony nose/ bacote pts/ BEM handle. The cue plays lights out!! Definitely not staying in my case!
I own more than a few cues and Darrin's has the best feedback and feel for me. Just the right amount of stiffness and moves the ball easily.
So I ordered 2 more....:eek::eek::eek:

Nice hitting cues, solid, with nice feedback, I would say stiff but with great feeling. Rather straight shooting also. Easy to "find" - consistent.
Good luck and enjoy:-).

Darrin builds a great cue . No that his troubles are behind him I only see things getting kicked up a notch or two.
