Holly for Sneaky ?

Has any one built or seen sneaky pete's made with Holly instead of Maple for the forearm ?......Would the characteristics of Holly make it suitable for this, or no ?......I was thinking that aesthetically, for an Ebony sneaky the Holly would contrast nicely.
