I guess he can actually call himself an actor. He had around 3 or 4 lines. It is the scene when the Governor is coming down the steps. He is credited as Tim Mc(somebody)

First of all, I suspect you mean Mitch Laurance. Second, he has a twin brother, so unless you saw the credits, how can you be sure it was him?

How do you know its the same guy? thier last names are spelled differently?

Although it would be kewl if he was a actor

The guy on IMDB is the same Mitch Laurance as the pool guy. No mention of Prison Break, but he did have a recurring role on Matlock and Dawson's Creek.

Mitch has an identical twin, Matthew who is an actor. He used to be on sitcoms on FOX years ago so it probably was Matt on Prison Break.

Believe it or not, Mitch started out in a comedy sketch show in the late 70's, along with Michael Richards, of Seinfeld fame, called Fridays.

I watched the show and yes it did say Mitch LAURANCE (geez spell a guys last name wrong and they feed you to the wolves!) in the credits.

Actually, both brothers are/have been actors. They were even on a cable sitcom together playing identical twins (I forget the name of the show, but it was pretty good, Alison LaPlaca also was in it).

hbo

i remember one of them(always thought it was mitch)being on the hbo series not necessarily the news back in the 80's.
