Anyone able to tell me where or when this cue would have been made?
Any and all help would be appreciated.
Also the value of such a cue is needed as well.

Is the joint metal to metal? It looks like it from the photo. Judging from the colors in the points, the pin in the shaft, the joint, and the general layout and design of the cue I'd say it was one of the better quality oriental imports from the 1970's. JMO. Sorry I can't be more precise or conclusive.
 
I agree with you...70's maybe early 80's import cue.

I am having a cue made right now from a 40 year old blank that was made for Helmstetter I was told but the maker is unknown. same points and veneers.
 
I've got a cue with similiar points. Look up Greenleaf cues. Mine's been converted as yours looks to have been, and I don't think the same guy did the conversion, but the points look suspiciously similiar...
