Semih is a bad azz when it comes to spinning the cueball.

Theres an older vid of Efren playing Blomdahl some 9 ball. If I remember right, Efren doesn't bother to play safe for the match. I'm thinking that he figured to come out behind in any kicking exchange, so why bother?

Semih is one of the most engaging, happy go lucky billiard players I have ever seen. I do not believe I have ever seen any videos or links to him playing when he is anything but smiling and enjoying life to the fullest. I would give anything to hang out with him for a day!! Not the best pattern, obviously -- and this should be a showcase of how NOT to play 8-ball. But the world-class cueist definitely shined through!

Yeah, I dunno where this was filmed but in asia (and probably in Turkey, which is apparently Eurasia) they have crazy fast cloth on pool tables. Faster than simonis 760. Of course Semih's used to that wild carom cloth where a ball moving at 1 mph will creep across the whole table before finally stopping.
