How can I get ahold of s Diamond Trolly

I need to transport a diamond 9ft proam and I'm hoping someone might no how I can get ahold of the special Trolly that they use to move them. I'm in the Baltimore/Harrisburg/Philadelphia area.

They seem to be remarkably hard to come by.
