I wouldn't even trust myself to wipe left-handed.
Once, when I was having back pain, I spent about a week alternating left-right during practice against the ghost. It greatly helped with my back, but it was like playing Scotch doubles with an APA 3.
One of my friends, a solid "B" player, is nearly 100% ambidextrous. I remember when he first started playing, he spent weeks trying to figure out whether to play left- or right-handed. He even breaks equally well with either.
