How Long Can I keep new cloth stored in a box?

I bought new Velosity cloth for my 7-foot Valley a few weeks ago. Since then I found all the corner casting bolts loose, and one missing. After tightening them all and replacing the missing bolt, the table plays great now. A lot faster than it was.

The Championship cloth that's on it now is still like new. How long can I store the new Velosity cloth in the plastic wrap and box it was shipped in? Thank you. Johnnyt

Leave it in the bag and keep it inside the house (climate-controlled).
There's basically unlimited shelf life when stored properly.
