Sc5thom or Tom Scott which is his real name has been harassing me through text messages and phone calls and threatened to call my work. So I want to hear some of the stories about his cons on here. I have a friend who is a lawyer and might end up representing me. So I need more fuel for the fire along with the voicemails and text messages.

Yea...something already doesn't make sense. If he owes you money, why would he threaten to call your work? Sounds like you owe HIM money. Solution.....pay him. Problem solved....thread over.

You're a bit late to the party. SC5 is a storied welcher on this forum. He should also own phone company stock as much as he harasses folks with calls and texts. I guess he's great in person

No I don't know him. Sounds like I'm lucky. But when it comes down to it, it is illegal gambling and you can prob forget the lawyer. I don't gamble so I guess I avoid all these types of problems. And if I do, it is usually only for beers. Sounds like you know how he is. You should have avoided him too.
Trust me I wish I had avoided this loser. My life would be a lot less stressful.

No I am not trying to collect from him. I am trying to get him to leave me alone. Threatening to call my work and leaving threatening voicemails is crossing the line. I just want him gone for good. I would just be using a lawyer to file harassment charges against him. Was hoping to get more evidence on here to use against him if I have to go that route.
Actually, gambling is only illegal if the house takes a portion of the winnings. Personal bets between people are not illegal, only problem is if you get screwed over, you don't have any legal course of action.

I pay $5 a month just to have his number blocked.
He has sent as many as 65 pm's to me during a show without one response. More than once too.
