I think it is a great idea, and I'm betting you see big improvements. The only thing I would add is you train like an athlete.... set a schedule for training, then follow it. When you notice you begin losing concentration, take a 5 min break. But don't quit when you lose concentration.... keep going cause in real world situations, that is gonna happen as well, only now you will be ready for it when it does... fight through it....
