How Often Can You Run This?

How often can you posters run out these balls? No set pattern to play these, just however you wish. It took me 7 tries to get it out the first time. I thought it wouldn't be that difficult and I'd get it the first 2-3 times. Guess that shows what I know. Or what my skill level is.

Not that easy if shooting in rotation 1-6, as you have to leave an angle on every shot, but if you leave too much angle, the shots get too hard. Of course it depends how what size table it is and how tight the pockets are on the table.

In rotation, I’m guessing on our 7 foot Diamond I might be able to do it 1/2 times, and on our 9 foot Diamond may be 1/5 times. Of course, if one did it for any length of time, they should get much better at it, as is the case for any drill. And if you don’t have to do it in rotation, most players should be able to do it at least 1/2 times even on a 9 footer.

9/10 times on a really tight GC with medium humidity, 8/10 when my new Diamond gets here.

Never. What kinda spot can I get?

I just tried about 20 more times. Never got it out once. I always found a way to hose things up. Like I always do.

Missed a shot. Missed position. Got too straight on the 5B.

Had to quit for the evening to get ready for the 49ers and Colts game.

It's a cosmological problem lol. Meaning it's a cosmo.

Not one for hyping the treachery in a remedial drill. The issue is apathy. Hopefully I can get out of it and anything similar _when_ it comes up.

6 balls, none touching or on a rail and any order you choose, I’d gues 75-85%. 0n a Diamond table, the 2 missed shots could be the 1st ball attempt or the last remaining ball on the table. Cue ball speed doesn’t require stroking hard. For the best shape, play the angle shots before the side pockets and you do not need a lot of English either.
On pro spec equipment, I think that anyone that can run this out more than 70% of the time is probably Fargo 700+.
I am out of town and don’t return until after the holidays. I‘ll get a few players at Sierra Billiards to try this.
6 balls, in any order and no object balls touching or frozen on a rail. I believe the success rate will be high.
I’ll make sure the Diamond tables used have 4.5” CP, not the smaller 4.25” CP half of Sierra’s 9’ tables use.

My assumption was numerical order...

0/4 so far but I think I've figured where to go with it, lol. Closest I came was 4, including a double kiss slop of the 2 up table, but even though I ended up perfect on the 6, I'd rattled the 5 about and out in the corner. Probably doing it wrong be seemed like a low of draw shots of one form or another.
