How to became a pool trainer?

Muffer...You might inquire about P.A.T. training. Some of the top German players have put together this program, and perhaps you can take advantage of it somewhere near you. Best of luck! If you ever make it to the U.S., the best instructor training you could get, would be to become an SPF BCA-Certified Instructor. We have over 200 SPF instructors in our group, here in the states. It would serve you well anywhere in the world!
