How to block someone?

I recently unblocked some1 who I had blocked for years.Now I cannot figure out how to block him or her.

Another irony is that I have only blocked one AZB-er,not bad for an old grump like me

Go to User CP click on Edit ignore List, enter the person's screen name and hit OK.

I had no clue that you could block people you did not want to see .....hmmm
now thats enlightening Tried it ......works like a charm ......love it !!!
