Were joking around a lot, but that mirror thing is actually quite useful. I have honestly helped quite a few students Improve their stance and visual alignment with the mirror chicken dance.

Those are both pretty good, especially the 2nd but for a good stroke-arm “wet noodle” workout, it is tough to beat Pee Wee Herman’s Tequila. :grin-square:

Very true, and the mirror also helps a ton when rehearsing a speech or presentation etc...
