How to gamble at the DCC

My plan at this point is to set up at least a couple guys to match up with before I even get there using the league rating verification system.

I'm sure I will play others too as I like to gamble on pool games.

Fatboy had it right that I'm a social gambler and not out to make money with it. There was a league night where a TAP 7 (Highest rating) woofed at an entire room with 4 teams there and I stepped up and took his offer for $500 spotting me the 7.

We both pulled the cash out of the atm paying 3 atm fees each and played a race to 11 for $500 He had been drinking and since there was no side action I let him quit for $300 when I was up 9-5

I didn't need his money and I was more worried about getting mugged in the parking lot by his friends so I chose that route.

Prior to that I had never played for more than $100 a set so OMGWTF is still my hero. See you guys at the US Open or DCC!!!

Southpaw, I will give you and only you blind action when I see you at either the US Open or the DCC. I have no idea how you play and if you are an A player you will have the nuts.

I get the same exact spot OMG got against Cubc for $100 race to 7 if you want it.

This is the only blind action I will take now so don't flood me with pms please.

Send a post with your pic on it that other members can verify is you though so I don't end up playing Chad Bartrum who I have no idea what he looks like, claiming to be Southpaw.

I can verify that I have been merely a TAP 6 for years now.

I'm planning on going to the DCC this year for my first time as well. (Hoping it can happen at least). I haven't played in a league in quite awhile but I was an APA 7 and in the last APA ranked tourney I played as a 7. I will play you even if you'd like. Sounds like a lot of fun without of the hassle of trying to match up. Let me know if you're interested.
 
I will post a vid of me banging a few shots so you know who I am later tonight probably.

Ahhhh you are up north huh? I grew up in Marysville. I'm moving this month to Bremerton to get closer to work so we will be light years away. The price of gas is silly now and I'm sick of wasting 7.5 potential pool playing hours in my car commuting.

I have a theory that 99% of the guys that play one pocket regularly are better than me at any game.

I visit my sister in Marysville once every couple of months. We could probably meet at Dr. Cues near your end and you can destroy me there for a while perhaps.

Dude - I play one night a week in a 9b tourney anymore if I'm lucky.... that's what marriage and kids will do to you, not that it's a bad thing by any stretch.

I'm just looking for a fair game - that's it. I have played OMG and I didn't quite fair on the winning end to be honest with you....

I can give you quite a few names on here that know me, but they are friends of mine so what good is that? Not to mention, that I really do not know your speed either. Maybe we can just side bet on some matches.
