How to remove blue master chalk from beige felt?

I was stupid and got a nice smudge of blue master chalk on my step fathers beige table while house sitting for him. Is there a way to remove chalk?

you can probably get it up with a damp rag/towel

Have the table recovered but do your stepfather a favour and opt for blue or green cloth instead of the ghey beige

If that isn't an option try a damp washcloth with a bit of dish soap. Or ask your local pool hall if they have any Quick Clean.

If none of these suggestions work, try a razor blade, a doily, and a vase. It may not help you in the short term, but just think about the stories you'll be able to tell your own kids someday.
