Short it with a car battery charger to melt the glue ( if it is glued ). :grin-square: Just kidding.
You might need to heat with a solder to melt the glue.

Give it back, it is his problem. If you try and force it it will be your problem.

If you give it back hes bound to do what he wants and possibly really damage the cue himself. thus causing even bigger problems. I just explain the dangers of what could happen and go into a agreement first hand that if that happens ill fix it but it will cost Xamount of dollars and time. I never turn away repair work:thumbup:

A soldering iron will do the trick, I had one like that recently and I used the lathe to get it out.

I chucked the cue up with just the buttsleeve hanging out and I had the ratchet and socket in one hand and the soldering iron in the other so as soon as it got hot enough I could start cranking it out and the lathe held the cue steady for me. I put the lathe on the lowest speed gears and had the chuck key in to hold on to so it would stay nice and rigid to twist the bolt out. took about 10 minutes the bolt was like 7 inches long lol

good luck

.45 its aluminium wich is why heat did not transfer well im guessing
