LoL...I know you know what I'm referring to, but out of respect for the new potential buyer, I thought I would wait to relay the story to everyone else.

Personally, I hate to see a maker with a reputation for outstanding customer service and generosity be taken advantage of, which I feel was the case.

I dont know about the outstanding part, but I get taken advantage of quite regularly.
They bring beer.
I will install a tip for a 6 pack ... now that is an advantage anyone can take with me.
