The one rail shot with inside to the centerline of the table was as easy for me as the outside english shot 1 rail to near the side pocket.
Also, the IE route was not speed sensitive. I got on the 1 with good shape with several different speeds. I butchered those outs later in the rack, that's why I didn't post them.
The 2 rail route out of the corner was by far the most sensitive, to me. The speed just did not lay natural to land in the middle of the table. I had to draw it to avoid crashing into the 8 ball near the corner. That needed decent speed which wanted to put the CB behind the 7 instead of landing near the centerline of the table.
Disclaimer, I'm a C+/B- player. Maybe a better player would have better luck with the 2 rail route.
