@@@@huysmall i want my cue back@@@@

there must be somebody on the forum that
would be the middleman and make sure both cues are the way they were.
You don't trust him(for good reason) and he doesn't trust or maybe like
you would be a better word.Hell,I would tell you guys to send the cues to me but I live in Canada.I would ship them at my own expense so you guys could resolve this.I'm not saying your wrong but if he wants a middleman
than do it as long as he's paying there shouldn't be a problem. If you really do like that cue, ship the shaft to me and I'll have it redone for you at
no expense to you and it'll look fantastic.
Think about it,if you want to keep it.Takecare Scott

Scott,

I have a few friends that are skilled cue builders (I'm not saying your not skilled) that would handle this issue for me..The repair isn't the issue..My issue is I'm not, or never was, or never will be interested in cues that are not in ORIGINAL condition in other words projects..Whenever I engage in a transaction I ask a lot of questions to make sure a cue hasn't been altered..I asked Huy a lot of questions, and he failed to disclose the peeling (which is his responsibility as a seller)..

If huy would of disclosed the peeling I would of passed on the cue, and we wouldn't be in this situation.... My options are trading back, or Huy sending me 200.00 to have Joe Gold re-taper both shafts so they are a match set (Joe Golds recommendation), and to help cover shipping to and from Joe..Huy has done nothing to make me whole..I do appreciate your generosity, but it's not an option I would consider..

Huy whats going on here....Who are you using for escrow service? You started a thread stating we should trade back...Now you disappear? You've wasted enough time..Get your ass in gear!

if you look at the picture in the original post for sale , it is obvious that the shaft has been sanded or turned . did you ask him directly about the shaft ? or did he just not mention it ? .
if i was that picky i would ask.
i dont know about huys experince with cues either , but he should have known it had been altered.

i see fault in both sides.

Your wrong the pictures are inconclusive...It appears the shaft has light bluing thats it, and many agree...I'll post conclusive pictures, and there's a big difference between the 2 pictures..

did you ask him directly about the shaft ?

Absolutely I asked him specifically if the shafts were original to the cue..His answer was yes..a peeled shaft doesn't qualify as original condition..

I asked him what kind of condition the cue was in dent, dings, blems, etc.

His answer was the cue is in near excellent condition..I'm sorry but a peeled shaft is not considered in near excellent condition..

or did he just not mention it ?

Of course he didn't mention it..If he would have I would of passed on the cue, and Huy knew that..

if i was that picky i would ask.

I am picky, and I asked a lot of questions including where he purchased the cue?

Huy's answer was his friend bought it in the USA, and brought it back to Vietnam, and he played like 10 games with it..

Well Huy lied about the origin..He actually got the cue as collateral on a loan, and was never paid back on the loan..If you had the shaft in your hands you would agree there's no way this shaft has played just 10 games..2 more lies..

i dont know about huys experince with cues either , but he should have known it had been altered.

Huy knew it was altered, and he claims he has a lot of high end cues..either way a lack of experience does not give a guy a free pass..Nobody should have to pay for anothers ignorance..

i see fault in both sides.

Wrong... Your lack of experience in doing deals on azbilliards puts you at a disadvantage imo..I think if you've done over 100 deals on here like I have you would understand the expectations on sellers, and the culture of the wanted for sale section..again jmo

Huy started a thread, and one of the options was trading back...Well guess what Huy proves once again his word means nothing..zero communication for 8 days...

Hey scumbag have you found a escrow service yet?? Let me guess there's a misunderstanding again...right? A cultural difference when it comes to Escrow service?? Don't hide Huy we all want to read your explanation?

*****I Can't Believe This Thread Is Still Unresolved BY Huy*****

Huy....where the _uck are you?

Stop this bullshit......you screwed Snowman and you've been reported on the forum.

We all await your resolution of this with Snowman. The facts are you lied about the condition of the shaft. Snowman asked and you ducked the question.....that's bullshit and amounts to outright deceipt. Snowman asked you about the shaft's condition (dents, dings, etc.). The freaking finish had been deliberately removed (peeled). Frankly, I'd rather have the shaft with the finish and a dent or two instead of the crap you sold Snowman.

The photographic evidence is that you lied and hoodwinked Snowman. So it's time to belly up and do the right thing or just stay off the forum forevermore!
