Out of nothing I got a message from the other side of the Atlantic, from JoeyA today. «Are you still playing pool?»

No, I don’t. Haven’t been playing many hours the last 10 years.

But when I got the text I had some hours to kill, and thought why not head to the poolhall.

Had 2,5 hours of great fun. Felt almost like the good old days!

You can take a man away from pool, but not pool away from a man! Once a poolplayer - always a poolplayer! 😃

It felt good to see chalk on the hand again!

This thread is for no other reason than thanking JoeyA, for unintentionally giving me a friendly little push to the poolhall. Hopefully I will be able to play more. I miss pool - and all you crazy people playing

Hardest part of 100 mile bicycle ride is not think about total distance, but chop it down to small spots in road ahead. Hit spot one, go for spot two.

Before you know it the 100 miles is finished.

People can push body very far, if you don’t convince self you can’t.
