This rubber slip on bumper is a universal fit bumper that will fit most pool cues. Easily slides on and off and helps protect your pool cue.

Yeah. I figured you could get the from just about anywhere that sold pool stuff. I just Googled "universal rubber pool cue bumper" and that was the first thing that popped up.
If you can measure the diameter with calipers, and get me a few pictures without the bumper on, I can make you a rubber slip on sleeve to come as high up as you like, and 3d print it. Can have the screw capture it. No charge, just a couple bucks for shipping.
I had one chipped up. And Espiritu. Not as bad. I filed, sanded, polished it down even all around. Turned out nice. Temporary fix.
Why not try that until you can get a proper repair done?
You could use whatever bumper you like with the normal screw attachment.
