Here's a twisted tune song/poem for all of my fellow brothers and sisters on the forum with low "Rep" points, like myself. Like everyone else,you are all worthy to be here and all very much appreciated.

The song(below) is meant only for laughs and allows me to exercise some creativity. The people with high rep points at AZ make excellent posts are are very worthy of their reps, so please no(those who's names are mentioned) one take offense.It's just for fun.

For best reading(singing) results download and play the Rolling Stones song "Satisfaction" and sing along.In a few cases you have to stutter stretch the lyrics, however, it seems to fit nicely.

I think Timberly has like two friends who just give eachother rep everyday. I'm not saying that she doesn't deserve it. But no one else is even close.
 
Why not try time tested Rep. gathering tactics, like blasting a pro player, when you yourself in fact cannot run three balls with ball in hand?

Or hammer the guy who won a game of eight ball against a stiff by miscuing, and posting about it here on the AZ?

Shoot, make me laugh at least, bring up an idea on par with "pool shoes", and I'll give you some rep. yo. Kind of like street cred., but on a message board.
 
RC, that is just too funny and I feel honored to be in the song, especially when Eydie, Donovan, and Rude Dog are ahead of me in rep points. This deserves a big rep for taking the time to amuse us all. Thanks!

You are mearly an A+ and I'm an up and coming B player wanna be pro.

Just watch some ego's grow as people climb the charts.:D :p

Rep points won't make u a happier person, but writing another song might. Write away the last one was cute.

That's not the case at all. I was right in line with the others until Valley Forge when I started doing the live updates. CueJoey encouraged everyone to give me rep points and they listened. I started doing up dates on Fri night... I signed on Sat afternoon and I had something like 3 extra green icons and rep points from screen names I've never seen before.

RecoveryJones, I thought the song was hysterical and I enjoyed it very much! :p

I would not worry about REP POINTS, as they are like Monopoly Money. With Value Zero except in a Game that means ZERO IMO....;)

But I like your Song as it is funny, and you got a Rep Point for it....for what it is worth.....:D

never was too worried about rep points and just wanted to have some fun.I realize that on these forums little clicks can develop and that rep points (at least in this format)aren't allways an indicator of whose posts are the most informative or of quality on a consistent basis.

All you need is one good post (like I found out) and your rep can grow 3 or 4 notches. Even Timberly(rep point leader) agrees that her one Valley forge report post gave her a truckload of rep points.Maybe there should be a limit to the amount of points one can accumulate from a good post.

Having said that, in some cases rep points are a good indicator of consistent quality posts.All in all,however, I think it's a can be very innacurate and maybe shouldn't have started in the first place.Like you said, it's about as useless as Monopoly money.

FYI Tims has loads of friends, but let me enlighten you.

It is only possible to give out rep to the same person every now and then. I don't know the statistics to it and have tried endlessly to figure it out to no avail. So it isn't Tim's and a few friends giving her, me, RD, Donovan or Linda continuous points. So, with this being the case, what you thought is not true. Try it yourself. Give rep points to someone then see how long it is to you are able to give the same person rep again.

It surprises me daily on people that I don't know giving me rep points because they like what I have to say.:D It always makes my day.

How can people not give him rep points?!?!?! He's very creative and very funny.
