I didn't expect to wake up to this...

You were so offended by the "foul language" that you decided to post
more foul language. Makes sense
I think you read the original post exactly opposite of what you should have.

OP, what was the foul language? Can you post a link?

I would also NOT go to church anymore, because lurking, somewhere in a robe is a child molester.

He (the original poster) Mike Miceli, said the foul language in the music of the video
offended him. Then he came on here and posted foul language supposedly used by Inside Pool.
If it really offended him then why post foul language.

What did I read exact opposite, please explain ?

On second thought don't bother, Fcuk it ! LOL

The incoming hand-wringing and outrage and charges of "unprofessionalism" is boring me before it even begins.

For the record, I thought that insidepool response was hilarious, and it truly made me smile and chuckle on this otherwise rainy, miserable day. ;)

This stuff kills me. I don't always enjoy the commentary or get tired of it during a match. But when that happens, I hit the MUTE button and enjoy the high level of pool.

i guess it's kinda harsh, but i dunno - right now part of me likes to see companies show some balls too.

i run a business and deal with customer complaints on a regular basis. sometimes you just wanna say "fine, you don't like it - then go somewhere else. you are the smallest click of a finger away from never seeing our website again and we can run along just fine without you"

still..someone was probably having a shitty day and now regret throwing that response out there.

I think it was more about posting and informing of the unprofessional response by InsidePool. I'm sure he was offended by the response he received, as would have I. InsidePool is supposed to be a professional magazine covering events within the industry. From my experience, they are anything but professional, which is unfortunate.

Thanks for explaining the obvious, if he (drama queen perhaps) was so offended why then would he post foul language. What's your explanation on that ?

Link to the video with the foul language?????

The video was removed shortly after Inside Pool Mag's reply to my comments.
Part 1 of 2 is still available ,but not nearly as offensive. Lots of "F" bombs and other
Cursing.
Part 2 of 2 had 3 songs in the 14 minute video with cursing ,talking about smoking weed ,and women performing sexual acts..

For Part 1 of 2 goto inside pool mags YouTube channel under Derby city classic 2014- nyc grind super news spotlight part 1
Again..this is not the video just part 1 of the more offensive or a warm up

Those who run their own business have every right to tell customers to stick it where the sun don't shine. It's just not the smartest business decision to alienate customers; especially in an industry that is starved for a customer base.

They just as easily could have said something along the lines of, "We're sorry you felt the content of the music in the video was inappropriate, but as with coverage at most pool events, we have no control over the music selection. We always strive to provide the most professional product to our customer, and will continue to do so in the future." To tell the OP to "F*** off and die", is straight up rude and completely alienates them from having anything to do with their product in the future, as well as conceivably harming the chance other possible customers tuning into their broadcast.

Perhaps to show how unprofessional the vendor, (in this case Inside Pool) is being about the situation. Is that so hard to grasp Einstein? There are much more customer friendly ways to respond to criticism than to tell someone complaining about your product to "F*** off and die"...or do you think that an appropriate response from a company to a customer?

That's not what I was addressing genius, I was saying if he was truthfully so bothered
by foul language then he wouldn't post more foul language. Hope this isn't to hard for
you to grasp, genius !
