I don't mean to brag, but look at this!

FINE....if no one else is gonna say it.....

DIK!......

j/k.....nice room!

I actually have my 9footer set up now.....looking for a heated billiard table, and a diamond barbox to fill out my basement.....yes, my wife is also a pool junky....HA! :)

Here in KC someone has like 10 5x10 carom heated tables for sale

Shaping up to be a really nice room.

Three questions:

- What are the daytime rates,

- When do you get the liquor license and,

- Can we see a menu?

:grin-square::cool:

Very nice setup

But like some of the others have wondered.

1. Why Two tables?

2. Are they both covered with the same cloth?

3. Are the pocket sizes different?

Paul

P.S. Get the rug down ASAP. You'll cringe when the cue ball leaves the table.

If Mantool says he has two pool tables because his wife wanted one for herself, I am going to slam a door on my hand.

The basement thing is unheard of here in the greater New Orleans area because we would be standing in water 24/7 in a basement and two pool tables, well that is just so over the top I can barely stand it.

Actually, I am very glad for Mantool and all of his friends that will enjoy the two tables. I like doing construction projects but just don't have the room for a pool table.

I have two nice 7 ' Diamond smart bar boxes for sale for anyone looking to enhance their home room or anywhere else for that matter ..

your place looks great BTW. I have been fortunate enuf to have a GCII 9' RKC modified that is the nutz and a 7' Diamond B/B in my lil mancave . Now if I could jus come across an old bumper table...

how much do you want for the diamond bar boxes? I am looking for one to go in my new house, although I'll have to finish the basement first. Can you post some scans?

I purchased the Gold Crown III from eBay. It was a horrible picture and no one bid on it. The seller was asking $1400. I could tell it was in a basement, so I made a 7 hour drive to Minnesota to go check it out. I wish someone could have taken a picture of my face when I saw it. It was brand new. Looked like it had only a few hours of play on it.

The Gold Crown I was purchased for a steal as well.

My intention was to clean it up and sell it right away. Well, I could hear it calling my name all day long and even while I slept. I had to set it up:grin: I had heard that the Gold Crown I's played so much better than the newer III's and IV's.

The GC I has blue Granito Tournament 2000 on it. The GC III has green Simonis 860 on it. Going from the Granito to the Simonis is amazing. The 860 plays like grass compared to the 2000. I pondered tightening the pockets on the GC I, but I knew I would be selling it soon so I left it "stock"

I like the look and the way the GC III is put together. Everything about the III is better than the I, except one thing = playability. It is true. The Gold Crown I plays so much more "solid" than the III.

The pole gets in the way a lot on the III. I moved the GC I ahead slightly so the pole is closer to the head of the table. Doing this, took the pole out of play a bit more.

My dream is to have a heated billiard table and a 7 foot box down there as well. My dream basement would consist of my Gold Crown III, Diamond Smart table, and a 10x5 heated billiard table. If this dream comes true, one of two things happened, I got a divorce or my wife has passed on because no way in h*ll is she letting me get anymore tables.

Nice equipment. My only question is which one is your playing table and which one is your sleeping table....for when the wife kicks you down into the basement for having (2) tables!

He doesn't need a sleeping table. Look under the table in the back... There, you'll find the sleeping quarters for those awful times when he is banned to the basement. Good thing someone thought ahead!
