So far my collection of stuff that works is:

Master Chalk, and I still have 10 pieces from a 12 Pack

Black Tip Taper

220 Grit sandpaper

Considering the purchase of a Doo Dad to hold Chalk, Q Smoother Burnishing Films, a Dime willard.

Anything else I should consider putting on my list of things to purchase?

A piece of leather for shaft burnishing.
A hand towel or wash cloth to wipe off your hands and shaft as needed.
(These are the two accessories I seem to use the most)

Tip Pic, Ulti-Mate tip tool ( and extra refills), piece of leather for burnishing, and definitely a hand towel.

Works great for $3 and it lasts forever
