What the f, is so special about Blue Diamond chalk??? I've never even heard of it. $3.50 per CUBE???????????

Please. Someone. Enlighten me. I'm feeling cheated. I have $3000 cues lying around that I play with...and no $7 pairs of chalk. Why is this?

That's different. I understand tips. Different materials...different construction...etc.

We're talking chalk here. Blue chalk. 1"x1"...if that. Of chalk. Your tip's not going anywhere. You shoot with it...it hitches a ride with your shaf.

Chalk...you leave that on the rail of some table...and you're out $3.50 a pop...and probably have to get on a waiting list for more if you lose the matching piece as well.

I'm in the wrong business. I get a few hundred bucks for each home equity loan I crank out. These guys are getting the same for a couple pieces of colored chalk. LOL

That being said...ok. Who wants to sell me some of this crack for my cue. I've got a cue addiction...why shouldn't my cue get an addiction too.

I got caught up in the moment.. it seemed like something I was supposed to have! Just got my 4 boxes and tried it out tonight.. it's cakier than silver cup. No idea what I'm missing about this special sauce, but it's definitely not for me..

So, for sale is 4 boxes for $28!!

LOL...
well my buddy came back from Expo with it, loved it... i tried it and liked it... didn't use it much except when i played him and scoughed some on my tip...so he didn't have any to give me <LOL- he'd be cheaper giving me a BOX of Master>
But what the heck- 3k Southwest, 40.00 moori tip, they deserves 3.00 chalk..... LOL...
haven't got mine yet to smear on my tips... :-)

Thanks but I'm sticking with good ole Master chalk.. I really, really need to stop buying every cool thing I see on here.. I have a pocket chalker I never use, 914 different tip shapers, numerous burnishers, and cues starting to actually take up valueable closet space.. About the only thing I haven't considered is a laser scope for my cue! Funny how in the end it's just a willard shaper and porper scuffer that remained in the case.

I have draw full of junk myself I even have $200 in vouchers for tiger products that I bought off of tanner prues about 9 months ago maybe 1 yr old, can't find anything I need from them right now.

Oh, and 8 moori tips! You know how long it will take me to go through 8 tips!? I'm glad I didn't need any of that junk though, as it left enough room in my case for the Q-claw.. now that was $20 well spent! I'm deciding to stop the madness, this chalk was what it took to show me the light! lol!

Then again, Eric Yow just linked a cool keychain scuffer, I think I just might need one of those :P

Yeah, that was actually money well spent.. the local room has very few 'notches' and it's a pain to find room for the cues (always play with my wife, so always 3 cues needing a place to rest). I couldn't bring myself to buy one with a screw clamp and plastic grips for each cue, that was way too.. hmm.. just too much heh.. the q-claw just lays on the edge of the shelf, nothing fancy.. and I don't feel like TOO much of a tool whipping it out inconspicuously each night hehe :) My wife thinks I've gone too far though!
