I guess most of you did not see this....

Keep the speed jump shots and keep at them... They are all really rhythm and tempo and before long you will be able to fire off 4 of them at Venom speed....

I did notice something on both your stroke shot video and the break video that you may want feedback on from one of the instructors here...

It looks like you have developed a wrist twist and like a lot of right handers it is a twist under and comes from the normal evolution of learning power draw.... What it actually is is a way to swerve backhand english onto the cueball... I used a wrist twist for years thinking I was adding power to the english draw shots even tho countless people told me it was a no-no... Once I consciously started using BHE from understanding it better the wrist twist went away because it really wasn't doing much...

I would say Scott Lee or RandyG or one of the accredited instructors could likely give you better feedback from watching... And you might not do it except on the break or the power bottom right shots....

I know and a lot of people told me the same thing. But I can't get rid of it. I'm trying hard. And why does it happen only for draw shots ? because i analyze my videos and i never see it when I do a force follow?

Well, I'm no instructor....but I was more than 20 years ago. I saw it, but the good news is it probably isn't hurting you much at all. With a little work it will fade, I am confident in that. Why does it happen? It's a mental thing. It "feels" like you are conferring more action to the ball so you do it. At least that's what I think.

One guy I knew 25 years ago had this really horrible wrist twist. He just couldn't shake it. Then one day in winter he slipped on ice and broke his wrist. He was then playing in a cast, and then a splint for some time. Two things happened: 1) it lightened his grip on the cue because he couldn't squeeze. 2) He lost the twist.

Funny things happen.

Absolutely Stunning... great work young man. When I see Mikey, I'll tell him your comin' for his fame & fortune...

Good Luck to you, I'll bet you are a great player as well..

I watched it. Lol. It was pretty cool. Did you want critique? Personally, I don't like trick shots when there is a rack on the table. It gives to big a target...wait I forgot if you used one. j/k.

The wrist snap on draw shots - you really need to lose that. It looks gay for starters. It's not a bad idea to play power draws with a lot of wrist action but you need to keep it straight and don't try to flick the wrist until you are 90% through on the shot.

You should keep more still on these types of shot too. Any energy should be forward and straight.

Now one thing : How in the world could it look GAY ????????????? Or that's the only descriptive word in your vocabulary ? And thats my style of stroking, I feel comfortable with it. I will change some things as I grow up.
