I just got my hands on some money and decided that I need another cue. Looking for offers from top tier makers only. I have two grand ready to spend. I will keep my eyes on the wanted/for sale section, but wanted to make this post in case someone has a cue they haven't listed for sale they'd like to sell me. Money is ready to go for the best offer. Email or pm. bhanson811@yahoo.com

I would check out Steve Dunkel, he will give you a whole lot of cue for TNT price, a whole lot!

2k will get you in the door with a lot of top guys. Both Martin at superior cues and Jamie at new 2 you q's have plenty look into for that kind of price. good luck

Please send all offers via pm or email and not in the thread. I also ask that pictures and asking price gets sent with the offer. Thanks and I look forward to more offers.

You Want Private Offers......Try Craigs List

If you just want to receive private listings or offers, you'd be better off using Craigslist as the entire concept behind AZ is a public forum for cue listings. You'll undoubtedly wind up privately negotiating a price which would be understandably confidential unless you decided to reveal what you ultimately wound up paying. But the exchange of cue information benefits everyone including all potential cue sellers & cue buyers respectively speaking. The availability and commonality of cue information is not only educational and interesting but it also allows anyone contemplating the sale of one of their cues the broadest communication about the cue they may want to sell, i.e., the entire AZ Forum population of members and visitors has opportunity to learn about their cue.

This remark is probably inconsequential to you but " I do appreciate your preference for secrecy since it keeps all your discussions under tight wrap.". However, instructing that all information, including cue descriptions and photos, be submitted only via PM is akin to asking cue sellers to submit a sealed bid for their cue sale. Requesting or specifying that all cue information be handled only by PM does not contribute in any way to the growth and development of the AZ Forum as a vehicle for facilitating essentially private cue sales despite that the completion of any cue sale/purchase may include a cue dealer. Obviously, the buyer & seller involved with any cue purchase/sale would definitely benefit when the sale is either introduced or facilitated because of the AZ thread/post being created and responded to. But the Forum community as a whole derives zero benefit from those type cue sale/purchases are achieved entirely through pre-arranged private communications, i.e., PM, between interested cue buyers & sellers.

Anywho, that's my 'unsolicited" 4 cents take about the AZ Forum concept..........I adjusted the amount for inflation.........and I should acknowledge that my post does not contain anything for sale or looking to buy before some pundit points that out......oh yeah, I have some used Centennials in great condition that I'd be willing to let go so just send me a PM for a price................................................Just joking.......................................I'll let the set go for $180 shipped. Hopefully, the original poster won't just get annoyed with my post and may be able to better appreciate how the general Forum membership benefits so much more when pertinent details are included in Forum threads & posts versus pre-arranged private communications only.

Man you read way to far into my post about wanting pms. I asked that no one replied in the thread so I could keep bumps to a minimum and respect the 48 hour bump rule as much as possible. Asking for pms with offers is a lot different that listing a cue and saying 'pm for a price'.

Makes perfect sense.

Sure You Did

I'm sure you were worried about your thread being bumped too much which would have resulted in it being on the front pages where it would get the most viewings and hopefully provide you with the best results..........Duh? At least man up to the reality of your request.

Why don't you mind your own business instead of attempting to be a forum cop? Getting over bumped and removed isn't worth it. And believe me, when you offer to buy a cue for 2k, there isn't a shortage of offers. If my post is on the first page or the 10th, I'm still getting 10 plus offers a day. But I'll take the free bumps from you since you seam to feel the need to post in my thread.
