A screenshot of an image generally gives a much smaller file size than the original image file.
If you are using Windows on a desktop/laptop, the key cluster "Windows-shift-S" (all together) will bring up a screen shot tool that allows you to clip just the part of the screen you want. You can then place this image in a post that you are editing by placing the cursor where you want the image and doing CTRL-V (or right-click paste with your mouse). It's really, really easy, like this:

I could not find any numbersThe top cue is a Brunswick cue made by Schmelke in the 80's, good cue shitty joint...
Check to see if there are numbers pressed in the wood on both the shaft and joint.
ThanksI see one Hoppe and an unknown hoppe style cue. I've seen orginal Hoppe's go for about $750-1000 but things vary.
