VAP(everything works.........without the little blue pills)
drivermaker said:That's right...you're 30 years younger...30 years dumber...and 40 years less experience playing the game and gambling. (I started this game 10 years earlier in life than you did)
I also NEVER took a blue pill...I need cold showers to keep it down! (and I can still beat Big Jon in a 100M dash...and many more guys)

Matt_24 said:Thank you. Then it stops becoming a nip and tuck, and seems (in your own mind) as important as pocketing a ball. Positioning the object ball and cue ball in the ideal place becomes an art form in itself and achieving success with your intended shot is equally as fulfilling as firing balls in the hole. The first time I got into a "moving" game and was extremely successful I got HOOKED on the game. After a guy (who plays one pocket ALL of the time but I'm a better offensive shooter than him) asked me to play last week some cheap one pocket I said ok. He wanted to play $5 a game so I did and beat him 4 consecutive games (just moving great..no mistakes and pocketing every bank and shot I went for). He told me I was playing too hard for $5 and jacked it up to $10. I then beat him two in a row and he quit saying, "I can't beat you." This was my first real "Success" at one pocket. I mean, I would give the guy the 7 at 9 ball comfortably...but at One Pocket I thought I would be donating him some free table time money. I started learning little things as I was going about protecting your lead, protecting the balls near your hole...and it was a blast. I guess I'll quit rambling now.
vapoolplayer said:i disagree totally.........there are WAY WAY too many good players who play both.

Still, I look forward to the opportunity to play you.
