Diamond cushions still play like shit.

When they were red, everyone loved them, said they were the second coming of jesus on here. Then when they switched to blue, all those same people now said the red sucked.

I'll tell you what, if the Diamond table ever switched to cushions like a GC, all those same people would then say "the blues sucked, we were wrong", just like they did with the red to blue change.

They always played like shit*

Playing on one then going to the other, for several years… that is horseshit.

They play quite differently as any player of some experience can tell.

I bet it's just the climate. The Diamonds seem to me to be more sensitive than the GC's were. I've played on reds and blues in the same room (7'), and they played the same. I've played on some Blues's that I thought were awesome. And TONS of blues I thought bounced just as bad as the Reds did.

I play in one room the owner has a mix of the old logo Blues in the phenolic wood style rails and the new logo Blues in the phenolic black style rails (sorry I'm colorblind forget all the names). They are the same in the bounce/shortness.
