The new Revo Predator shaft that was released on November 8th, 2023.
11% less deflection than the previous but,
0.8% more deflection than the next model coming out. Hence the name.

I have both a Z3 and a 12.4 Revo, the Revo has lower deflection.
Not true in my experience. Unless they recently changed the 12.4 design
I really hope you're being sarcastic. If you can't play, you can't play, deflection has nothing to do with it.
Did you actually watch the Filler interview?
it may be how you are adjusting for spin. I use a simple parallel shift so there is no compensation for BH or FH english. With that way of aiming, the Revo, 12.4 or the 11.8 are the lowest deflection shafts I have tried.
I do parallel as well. I played with 12.9 Revo for years and now the 11.8. I can't play with the 12.4 because of the increase in deflection (as Filler experienced, and why they built him a special one)

I think maybe what he's saying is that if you can play, you should be able to adjust for the small difference between the two. Filler is a top player and probably didn't need to change, but predator is his sponser.
Why did you stop playing the z if you like it that much?
What Filler says is he didn't like the deflection difference. He went back to Z shaft when he didn't like the Revo, then he went back to the Revo when they made his special 12.4, which deflects like a Z shaft.
I stopped using the wood Z because I wanted to have something warp resistant and larger diameter (more forgiving). 12.9 Revo is similar to Z shaft deflection, it's great but it's nice to have a bit smaller diameter to get high spin when needed. 12.4 would be ideal but like I mentioned, I played with it for some months and it deflected more than the 12.9 or Z shaft, and I never fully adjusted. 11.8 is great but the tiny diameter is less forgiving when haven't played for a while.
Caveat... Predator changed (fixed) the 11.8 Revo design without telling anyone. The original ones deflected a lot.
So I don't know if there are different 12.4 Revos out there. Maybe the newer one's do deflect less. But in my experience they deflect similar to 314-3 maybe a touch less. This was probably by design since many are switching from 314
