Hi Alex. Watching the Action Challenge streaming makes it worse this year, huh? I'm glued to the monitor...almost didn't go to work today because shane & Hennessee were playing.

I am proud to say that I was late to work because I got sucked into those blurry little images in the early AM.
 
Alex you must make every effort to come. THis is my second time and I dont regret it. Every year I see old friends and make new ones. And you get to talk to the pros on a personal basis. Last nite I met Mark Tadd as he sat down next to me and we talked about his life and pool. Today Jose and I talked as he was standing next to me and we talked about Shane. He was very candid.
A friend of mine came out here for his first time and he was agog with all the action. The first nite he was mesmerized by Cliff and Shane playing one pocket. He said just that was worth the whole trip. I told him there is more to come. You got to come next year.

Hey Dave, yeah but I'm glad it's available. I can't get it at work though. I think I'm going to make it next year, I had my wife watching along with me last night. She was getting into it.

Edit: If I could ensure Raj Hundal's presence, it would be a lock!

That's cool. The pros being there is one of the things I liked about the BCA tournament in Vegas (compared to the VNEA). It's probably not going to be the same this year. Last year, we talked to Shane for a long time, he was pretty candid too. I'm sure the DCC is like the old BCA times 10!

One of our local guys, Bob Keller, lost to Mark Tadd in the first round of the one pocket, tough draw.

i couldn't stand being away from windy rain storms, whiny kids and sick wife to be among pool fellers having a barley watchen some of the best action there is for even a day. i think i will go do the dishes now.. :o

It would be great to be there. I know Shane and Chad well and it would be super fun to talk with shane while he is in the lime light of the action. I really appreciate TAR. These guys have stepped up to the plate and are creating some serious entertainment for us pool freaks....buy the damn ppv and help the cause......I bought the shane/duel and the quality was very good so I'm sure this will be better yet. This free streaming has been iffy but the ppv will be fine...love'n it....:)
