How about I say it since no one else has.

You are a nice kid. I met you in Reno before and am richer for the experience. This is not a poker forum. You either need to go to a poker forum or AT LEAST post this in the non pool related sub forum.

I think I might feel differently if you have ever posted here about pool, but all you have used our forum for is asking for us to give you money to play POKER.

I know I am not alone in thinking that you need to take your proposition elsewhere. Again, I think you are a good kid, but please stop asking us to give you money to play poker when you have given nothing back to the forum on which you are soliciting.
 
didnt mean to bother you sir.. I played pool for many many many years and obviously so did my brother....so I figured people would be curious what im doing now and I believe they are....the feedback I got has been very positive on here!

Not bothering me at all, just thought someone should tell you what the main forum is all about. Can you do me a favor? I love reading about poker, how about you post some bad beat stories or big hands that you have won (make sure you do this in the non pool related section or it will be moved).

Or stick around here in the main forum and tell us all some stories about your pool experiences. Peple around here can be very friendly. It also might help your poker career a little bit to get involved here. People are far more willing to help out someone they know rather than someone who only comes on here to ask for money.

I hope to see you posting more around here.

**Edit: Did you know that we often have an AZbilliards poker tournament on pokerstars? It's usually a $20 buy in and lots of fun. Hopefully you can jump in on one of those.

I agree 100% with both of your statements, easy!

"bradawg"... this forum is about pool and pool only. There is another subforum called NPR - which means Non-Pool-Related. It is there you can post about anything your heart desires.

It also is generally frowned upon by ANY forums administrators, when someone starts off their posting experience by making posts asking for money or by directing their viewers to go to some other site.

You may have got some positive response, which is great!... but the fact remains, you need to post about pool related matters IN THIS FORUM.

And I'm not sure it qualifies to say "Have fun at DCC" and then hawk a product:)

Good luck in your poker career, but please respect the administrators of AZB in the process:wink:
 
haha yeah very unfamiliar with forums. I am used to chat email facebook ect. I didnt really view it has hawking a product as I view my site as a online blog. I said sponsor me true....but that's just cause I love any pool support I get. The only reason I never posted on here regarding pool is I was so young when I created I didnt know what was going on....haha

as for a pool story

in the 2006 wheelchair 8 ball us open quarter finals:

I am playing a great player it is hill-hill. I am making a great out then I get stuck...play a GREAT SAFE....call the ref to watch a hit...he thinks I said RACK PLEASE! he grabs all the balls begins racking. I complain....he started the game breaking so he got to break again....he broke and ran out. Sick!

to bad you guys saw it as hawking a product....sorry!

No reason to do the multiple sorry stuff. You got the poker fever, you got a great attitude, you've put together a website and a idea.... it's all good!!!:)

It's just you're posting in the wrong forum for this and people were helpfully pointing it out to you, that's all.

You have to be a bit sensitive about posting anything that involves someone making money or donating money, as the Internet has turned into one big moneymaking scheme, our email accounts have turned into spam boxes and our surfing the net has turned into flashing banner ads about Click Here to win your free prize.

You're young and you're full of enthusiasm, nothing wrong with that!:) Just try to research whatever forum your at and see where it's appropriate to post what you want to post. Make some posts and try to fit in a bit first.

I'm sure you aware of all the poker sites out there. Lots of great forums at each one. You got all the main online play sites and the twoplustwo site and you got the Non Pool Related forum here, as illustrated below.

So don't get all down about it !!! People are just trying to steer you in the right direction, that's all:smile: Good Luck and I hope to see you on TV one day!!

I sure hope all the NPR police continue to do their job with all posts.. not just Braden's.

I can't help but think they are picking on a young man trying to help himself.

If the admins think this belongs in the NPR section, they'll do their jobs.
