Iccs peoples choice award winner! Richard Black

Just Wondering Who

Who votes on the winners in this ICCS contest?

I can see where this cue took a lot of work. Seven month's/100k that's only 14k a month.
Mr. Black could build another with 500 less inlays; you know a 6 month cue then he's 200k a year and he only had to put on 4 tips.

Bill, not knocking you just joking around. These cues are for the 1% who hold 90% of our Countries wealth.

How liquid would one NEED to be to justify a 100k cue, or car or ink pen?

The cue collectors vote on which cue they feel is the best of show. That is the collector's choice.

All attendees vote on the cue that they feel is best of show. That is the people's choice.

I think Richard may spark a run on cue and case combinations as entries in future shows......

Only the collectors themselves could tell you if cues really do work as an investment vehicle. I imagine that some collectors have seen their collections appreciate in value while others have seen their depreciate. But to me beyond desire and ability to buy the only real justification is to invest in an asset that appreciates in value at a higher rate than other investments.

Holy crap Batman. That took a lot of patience.

Vodka, you mean?!

Not my cup of tea either, that cue...but it is an amazing effort and I very much like the color combos. Could have come out quite garish but is very elegant.

Thanks for sharing, Bill.
