Saw one on Ebay within the last two months. It was unidentified as well. I think it sold for in the neighborhood of $75, but don't hold me to it.

I liked it, but missed out on the end of the auction....I think I was at work or something...I am a sniper.

I believe this to be an Adam made cue. Jayman here in the forums could probably say for sure.

EDIT: Is the shaft insert rounded? That would help narrow it down as an Adam I think. Your pics don't show it well. The bumper, butt cap, joint collar, and pin look Adam to me.

Wonder how old it is .. Knew it wasn't cheap by looking at the build quality. Sometimes your gut is right lol. Yet another good pawn shop find :)

Yeah, the bumper looks Adam, but I meant the brass shaft insert. I'l get a close-up of an Adam insert posted shortly to compare. They are rounded off at the shoulder rather than squared off. I don't know if they are all this way, but commonly in that era they were I thought.

I think we need Jayman.

If that insert matched what I posted I would have said it was Adam for sure.....but now I am not so sure.

for 10 bones you really can't go wrong IMO...import or not

I think it is cool that AZ has sooo many knowledgeable people that can come to the rescue when help is needed. :)

It is not an Adam. It is an import however. I believe it is a late 70's or early 80's Imperial.

IMPERIAL!

That's the name I was looking for!

I believe that's right.

As I said there was one on Ebay recently. I really like those actually. Looks like it has a less than great finish on it, but that could be remedied. Lokks in great shape other than that.

Mine has a flat bumper with screw through it, also pin more flat,

Haven't got this pic thing figured out yet

Could be the same maker, or maybe more than one maker made the same style cue. I would like to see better pics and pics of the weight bolt if it has one.

EDIT: Now that I mention it....we never saw a weight bolt on the first one. How about a shot up the butt cap?

I think this is the best I can do with this camera, Wow they look worse big!
