Can anyone tell me what material this ferrule is made of? When I bought it the guy said it was Ivory, but now after looking at it closely I'm not so sure.

maybe he said 'Ivorine', its a ivory alternative material, when said quickly it can sound like 'Ivory'
 
Well, it was sold to me thru ebay, and the listing said all 3 ferrules were Ivory(cue came with 3 unchalked original shafts). It's been awhile so I'm not going to pursue the guy, though he is an AZ'er. Possibly he was told it was ivory from someone who sold it to him, so I wont judge.

Looks Like Ageis to me, in fact that is how old Joss Ferrules look and that is what they used. But, it certainly is not Ivory or any other Bone.

How do they play though? The shafts are from a Barnhart, if that helps confirm that they're Aegis. Idk what Cory uses his standard ferrule material.
