Ideas on Chalk storage in your case??

Ive recently started using predator chalk, and i really like it, but i cant think of or find a useful way to store it in my case (im not very creative). It comes in a paper tube but it doesnt seal up and continuously falls out and i end up with chalk dust all inside my case. I dont want to use something as unattractive as a ziploc bag. Id like some kind of box or tin but im not sure what to search for. Anyone have any good ideas on something i could find to fit the bill? I google "cue chalk holder" or "cue chalk box" and all that comes up is pocket chalkers or those little plastic boxes that hold one cube, i need something that can hold 2 or 3 pieces and isnt too bulky. Thanks in advance!

You can buy 2 packs of master in a nice little box for under a buck. The 2 cube boxes are about perfect IMO

I'm not sure whether US have this store called "Daiso". I bought my chalk case there. Its actually a pill case and sticks together with 8 other cases. Cut and file the sides properly. Fits 2 chalks nicely though.

I use a Magic Chalk box to carry 2 cubes around. Looking at buying a Castillo pouch.
 
I use an empty metal Sucrets case.

It's great for a couple cubes of chalk and some quarters and it fits perfectly in the small pocket of my cue case.

That's really neat! I never thought of using one of those before. And yes, we have stores similar to "Daiso" called "Walgreens" and "CVS" lol

I guess if you used one of those pill boxes, you could have a Sunday piece of chalk, Monday piece of chalk, ...................

I'm only a high school student. That's why if I can save, I'll save. :D

The funny thing is, I still manage to sell out quite a few of them to others as well. You'll just need a file and a plastic cutter that's all.
 
I use the two pice tube that a larger tap or endmill came in. I can get probably 5 or six pieces in it if I want to. I usually keep 4 pieces in it in my small pocket... ill post a pic or few later tonight. I did see seyberts had 2 pieces of blue diamond in a smaller holder like mine but theirs was clear...
 
What about a pill bottle? Or an old school camera film bottle?

Maybe you can go to your local pharmacy, and they might give you a pill bottle of the appropriate size if you explain your situation.

I use plastic film canisters to keep my heirloom seeds in. Just tried it and they fit 2 cubes perfectly. Good idea. BTW its tomato seeds....
 
I bought 2 plastic sleeves here on the forum quite some time ago, someone was making them. Basically two halves that fit together, holds up to 4 pieces of chalk. Very convenient and cheap, I'll look around and see if they are still out there.

EDIT: Think I bought mine from Royce at OB Cues. Looks like they still have them but they are an official product now on the website, you get the sleeve plus 2 pieces of Blue Diamond chalk for $9.99. Go to obcues.com and look under Products and Accessories. I've been using mine for years and works awesome, plus periodically I can take the 3 or 4 pieces of chalk out and wash it out to keep it clean.

I used clear plastic tubes that would easily hold two cubes and seal up pretty well. If you PM me your address I'll send you a couple of them if you'd like.

I use this and really like it. Holds 3 pieces, and being clipped on the outside of the case means easy access and less clutter in case pocket.
