That money was most likely diverted from the Natural Cures company and may have even incurred debt for the company to pay it off. It was good for the players who got some of that money but is no indication of the ability to continue. Rest assured, there is no money to pay off or they would, they are probably living on credit. Some time back I ran a somewhat limited check on KT just out of curiosity. Not much more then I would run on someone wanting to occupy one of my buildings.
All I can say is he seems to own nothing and to borrow a phrase from KT's vocabulary, may not have two nickels to rub together. He is like a lot of people who are in the midst of a cash flow business, they can fake wealth but at some point bills come due and all that money they like to carry around in their pocket and flash has to be paid out. I would go as far as to say, with the apparent collapse of the naturals cure company, he may be about broke.
Don't be so easily fooled, remember, this is a guy who not so long ago was spending close to three million a month just on TV advertising and now he is scraping just to come up with the money to pay the players. Guys like him go through it as quick as they make it. Check his history, he is just as good at losing money as he is at making it, maybe better. I'm sorry, but I am afraid your hero is probably on his ass.
