If you could afford any cue makers cue who's cue would you buy for your everyday cue

Jerry Franklin Southwest
Pete Omen
Paul Fanelli
Mike Lambros

In No particular order. But they all are players cues.

The best playing cue I have ever had and still have is my Mike Webb.
That said, if I could afford any cue, I think it would be a Bill Schick.

why settle?

Mike Lambros

Cory Barnhart

Rick Phillippi

Bob Thompson

Don't ever let money stop you from what you want to do in life. Come up with a plan to make it happen, work hard and keep you nose to the grindstone.

I think I would like to have Randy Mobley build me a cue to my specs.
His work is flawless and since he has played, he knows what a cue should do. JMHO.

Best of both?

Question is......even if you could afford it (buy it) would you feel comfortable with it in a room? Not just your home room. Any room? All of the rooms you have been in? Maybe a bar or two?

I like a cue to play well, but I also don't want to babysit it. That doesn't mean I leave it laying around unattended, playing cues are too hard to find. I don't want to loose a Hercek, Schick, Tascarella or Szamboti to a sudden scuffle or a moment of inattention.

I love the great cues, I love owning great cues, I love playing with them at home, but out in the world I'm happier with my plain Jane player.

I'm so boring.

I would have to buy a plain-jane 1980's Huebler Hustler. Joint collars would have to be added though.

It's all the cue I need.

everyday player

I would have a dealers case full of southwests And switch play with one every day. IMHO the best playing cue bar none!!!

Scruggs, Black Boar, Szam, Gina, Tasc, Franklin SW, and Vollmer.

By the time I quit collecting.... I want two of each of those. I'd be happy with a collection of 14 awesome cues and 1 or 2 break/jump cues.

Greg

In no particular order:

Cuetec
Players
Maximum

Haha! Sorry couldn't resist!

I already have the last playing cue I will ever play with unless something real bad happens. Bob Frey is it for me.

If it had to be replaced I would search for:

Ariel Carmelli
PFD Studios
Gina
Kikel

All wrapless, with radial or 3/8-10 pin and lots of ivory if possible! Don't care for the hit of a steel jointed cue.

Best I've ever hit with was a Searing. Next is my current Josey. Getting a new one made in a few months- can't wait!:D

The only cues I have played with for the past 10 years have been Ginacues.

I'll never play with anything else.

Cue-wise that is...

Gina Cue, by Ernie Guiterrez

Ernie, makes the prettiest cues and the points are perfect.

I have Joss West, Bert Schrager, Ray Schuler, Burton Spain, Doug Ketchum, Mike Gulasy and Steve Lomax.

They all hit great.

Ernie is the master, his shop is awesome and he is a Tool and Die Maker.
He has a built in passion to make the best.

Bert Schrager and I used to go over to Ernie's for lunch.
Wow, I miss the conversations about pool construction and their many stories, Barney
