some of you know i been revamping my butterflying technique,
utilizing the notorious "memphis duck killer lathe" :rolleyes:
doing all the cutting between centers , using a router and taper bars, rather than my previous method
the hope is to achieve more consistant results, repeatability and in general, just a better way for me and my one man shop
although it wasnt perfect when turning to round , a little bumpage, a couple thousandths or so, on the centers turned it damn near perfect


here's the first one to roll off the new set up
