At 100% a cue from Michael Vollmer. Here in USA still a little bit underrated. Who ever played one of his cues, knows what I'm talking about. Perfect execution and damn- what a playability...

Mike Cochran never used steel rings except once for Tikler. The ringwork is wrong for any high end builder unless it was a 1 of begged for cue made for a friend.
At the risk of sounding harsh and being dead wrong It is definately not Mike's work and probably not Tony's. I am not familiar with Vollmer's cues. Except for the fanciest cue he ever built that sits in a friends safe.
