I disagree with everything you've said, and if you don't like it we can take it outside.

But under that scenario many good threads would get moved to another sub-forum, making the site harder to use.

t think you have got it wrong. in the real pool hall when you are asked to leave for your behavior you leave the pool room; in AZB's case you leave the site. like a real pool room when you show you a#$ you have to ask the owner or manager of the pool room to get back in after you apologize and promise to keep your behavior in check; just like AZB i assume. you do not get to go to a part of the pool room where you can continue to show your a#$. if they let you back in and you continue to be a problem well most pool room rooms would kick your a#$ and never let you back in the front door. AZB is not this harsh so offenders should count their lucky stars.

The OP can go visit any of his banned friends on Facebook where rejected morons from AZ have relocated.
Either adhere to the Forum rules or suffer the consequences but please don't plead the case for the guilty ones.

I assume when people get kicked out that they have been warned first? Does anybody know? If so, sounds like they've had their 2nd chance already. If not, maybe a 2nd chance isn't a bad idea....on a very short leash though.
If I had to pick my biggest issue with this place, it's the disrespect some people show to others. Disagreeing is fine and can be productive, but crossing the line isn't. So I'm kinda glad AZB is willing to boot some people. Generally speaking, you need to say some pretty nasty stuff to get booted from onlite sites, so I'm guessing the bad apple's penalties were deserved.

Just as an FYI, yes almost everyone gets a warning before the ban hammer. Usually multiple warnings. Once in a blue moon someone will get banned without a warning, but it is always due to an offense that the person knew would get them banned.
As I have said many times before, I don't want to ban anyone. A lot of the time it is like dealing with kids though. They push a little harder each day to see what they can get away with, and then you finally rein them back in and you are the bad guy.
