in and out shot

I was going to reply to your post, but it seems you have a cuetec, and there are just some standards I can't sink bellow. In fact, I am going to wash my hands when I'm done typing this.

hahahahahaha!!!
i actually dont shoot with it anymore, just too lazy to edit my signature.
i was fine with it while it was in use, :D

I could swear I have seen a video of someone hitting a ball into the side pocket on a bar box and it popped out the other side....(could have been a rigged video)

There is a "unrigged" video of a Accu Stats (Wincardona) did the commentary where the player broke, the wing ball went flying in the corner pocket and then popped back up.

The player thought he had made a ball...looked over the table a second and proceded to run out....The only one to notice was the announcers.

Different ball comes out!

Up in Reno at the Sands a few years back I saw one of the young pro's fire the 7 ball into the corner pocket and the 5 ball bounced out of the hole and stayed on the table! It was confusion for a while but finally one of the ref's finally called it a legal hit and removed the 5 and the Player continued to run out.

There was probably a ball in the bottom of the pocket, its happen to me in 1 pocket before because i didnt remove the balls.

Unfortunately, I have experienced this shot a lot. I have actually done this with no balls in the pocket. The OB has so much spin that it rolls around in the pocket and comes out. It's like a rat in the bottom of a bucket. They run along the walls until the are up and out.
Of course, balls in the pocket are the more often culprit.

You'll have to trust me on this one. I actually posted it here on Az about a year ago.

I made that exact shot, only longer, the OB went in deep (no other ball in the pocket), came back out onto the table, was still spinning in place for a second or two, grabbed the cloth and went back into the pocket.

Never saw it before, or after.

I believe it...because I have done it myself.

I have also had a ball come out, and was spinning so much it curved toward the other corner pocket. It didn't go in the other pocket, but that is when it became ridiculously obvious to me...that too much spin can be a bad thang.

It usually only happens on most Brunswick's with the hard solid pockets. It doesn't happen with the Olhauzen soft leather mesh pockets. There are other brands of tables, but Bruns and Ols are the top 2 IMO. With the soft leather mesh drop pockets, look out for sagging pockets. The OB tends to hit the back and pop out....like hitting a rail.

Yep Ive had it happen to me too... I use to play on an old fisher 8' and I tell you anytime you used draw and you were pretty straight in, the ball would Pop back out, If you shot a ball in the side it might pop out on the other side... It was a return style table, but it wasnt a bar box..

The Olhousens I play on currently, its useualy just the side pockets, and with cross side banks, but from time to time the will jump back onto the table, its happened to me at least 5 times this year...
